This process involves fetching ticket messages from the last 90 days to provide context Before processing ticket messages, all personally identifiable information (PII) is scrubbed from the data to protect user privacy.
This is not enabled on UI. To enable Freshdesk ticket messages fetch, reach out to Gleen AI team and they will enable it from their end.
