Integrating Alhena AI With Shopify

Alhena AI can be installed into your Shopify store, answering questions about your products as well as the status of customer orders.

Alhena's Shopify integration allows you to easily install our chat widget onto your Shopify-based website, and with the power of our action agents, gives your bot access to information about all of your products and customer order information.

Installing The Shopify Integration

Alhena's Shopify app is available on the Shopify App Store (https://apps.shopify.com/gleen-ai), and can easily be installed in just a few clicks for both new and existing Alhena users.

From the Shopify App Store listing, simply click "Install" and then allow Alhena access to your store. Whether you're a new or existing Alhena customer, you'll be brought the the Alhena dashboard.

We recommend adding your Shopify store's domain to your URLs for training. More information about training on websites can be found here.

When you install from the Shopify App Store, the agents for order information and product information are automatically enabled.

You can also install the Shopify App from the Alhena Dashboard by navigating to the "Action Agents" page under Bot Settings.
