Do you crawl PDFs?
Yes, we do crawl PDFs. This is one of our best crawlers. We crawl and maintain the context by checking for headings, subheadings, tables, and columns. As a result, you get high-quality answers.
How do I cancel training? Once training is in progress, there will be an option to cancel the training. Please note that if you cancel training while it is in progress, your bot will continue to answer questions based on the previous successful training. The bot's knowledge base is only updated if the training is completed.
What does the number of URLs indicate?
It shows how many URLs were crawled for a given link.
Why does it say 0 URLs for some links? It means your page returned a 200 OK status but no content was retrieved. For websites, it means the website returned a 200 OK status but the page was blank. For drives, PDFs, and similar content, it means Gleen AI was unable to access the page content. If you believe the permissions are correct, reach out to the Gleen AI support team for help.
Why does it take so much time to complete the training?
The possible reasons are:
Your website uses JavaScript to dynamically render the page, and the Gleen AI crawler has to wait for the page to fully load.
Your website presents a CAPTCHA or Cloudflare anti-bot UI.
The number of URLs is very large.
How can I speed up crawling?
If possible, write a document, convert it to a PDF, and upload the PDF.
Make changes to the website to ensure it loads and renders quickly.
Allow Gleen AI to crawl without a CAPTCHA. You can work with the Gleen AI support team to whitelist the IP of Gleen AI.
Do you send notifications when training completes?
Yes, we send emails when training is in progress and when it is completed. For weekly or monthly scheduled training, we send an email 24 hours before the training.
Why don't I see the settings for automatic training?
These settings are only visible to paid customers. If you are a paid customer and still cannot see the settings, please reach out to the Gleen AI support team.
Can I change the date of weekly and monthly training?
You cannot change the date and time of weekly and monthly training sessions. Gleen AI distributes the workload to complete the training in the most efficient way. If needed, you can always initiate a retrain from the AI settings to start training immediately.
