Improving your bot's performance by training it with direct feedback is a straightforward process. This tutorial will guide you through the steps to effectively train your bot when it provides incorrect or unsatisfactory answers. By following these instructions, you can help your bot learn from its mistakes, enhancing its ability to respond accurately in future interactions.
Begin by navigating to your website where the bot is integrated and open the chat widget. Type your question into the bot's chat interface.
If the bot's response is not satisfactory, you can click on the downvote icon to indicate that the response was not helpful.
After downvoting, the next step involves accessing the Analytics dashboard where you can give more detailed feedback.
Go to your company's dashboard by logging in at https://app.gleen.ai/login/
Navigate to the Bot Profile Analytics section.
Within the analytics dashboard, you can find a list of questions that received downvotes, or were not answered by the bot.
Click on the Questions With Downvotes option. This will display a list of all the questions that users have downvoted.
Select the relevant category to narrow down the list. The questions asked by your users are categorized to make the analysis easy for an admin.
Find the question you downvoted and click on "Provide an answer" button.
Keep in mind that you can answer questions that are similar to the one you picked all at once. If you need to give different answers for questions that are alike, just unselect the similar question and then provide a separate answer to it.
