Gleen provides multiple customization options for its chat widget to ensure it seamlessly integrates with the aesthetic of your website. This guide explores the available customization features.
To begin, access the settings by going to the Gleen dashboard. From there, select "Integrations," and choose "Configure Settings" under the Website section to view the chat widget's settings. This allows you to adjust settings and immediately see the effects of your changes.
You can change the text to displayed to users when they first open the Gleen chat widget before they start a conversation with the "Welcome screen title" and "Welcome screen subtitle" options.
You can configure the various colors and other options for how the widget looks on your website. On the right side of the page, you can preview how these changes will affect your widget in real time before saving.
